Prince Roll Cake (Chocolate Swiss Roll)

 Ingredients

For the sponge cake:

4 large eggs (room temperature)

¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour

¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil

For the cream filling:

1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)

2–3 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional:

Chocolate ganache drizzle (½ cup chocolate chips + ¼ cup warm cream)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

 Prepare the pan

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease.
