Giant Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe (Big Batch)

Ingredients:

6 cups granulated sugar

3 cups milk

6 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Warm the Sugar and Milk

In a very large, heavy-bottomed pot, combine the sugar and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture becomes smooth and begins to bubble gently. Use a large pot — this mixture rises as it heats.

2. Stir in the Peanut Butter

Once bubbling, add all of the peanut butter.
Stir continuously until completely melted and fully combined. The mixture will become thick, smooth, and glossy.

3. Add the Vanilla

Remove the pot from heat.
Stir in the vanilla extract until evenly incorporated.

4. Pour and Chill

Pour the hot fudge mixture into greased or parchment-lined pans.
Spread evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate for several hours, or until fully set.
