Ingredients :

1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh raspberries, crushed (or use raspberry jam)
For the coating:
1 cup of white chocolate chips or melting wafers
1 tablespoon of coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for a smoother melt)
For decorating:
Freeze-dried raspberry powder or crushed freeze-dried raspberries
White chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Gently stir in the crushed raspberries until well blended.
3. Cool the mixture for 30 minutes to allow it to harden.
