Baked potatoes with garlic and butter!

 

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each a few times with a fork.

Mix melted butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush the potatoes generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Place on a baking tray and bake for 45–60 minutes, until crispy outside and tender inside.

Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

For extra crispiness, rub the skins with a little olive oil and coarse salt before baking.

Add grated cheese during the last 5 minutes for a cheesy version.

Serve with sour cream or yogurt dip.
