Ingredients:
For the dough:
• 1 egg
• 200 g flour
• ½ packet baking powder
• 100 g butter
• 80 g sugar
For the filling:
• 250 g sour cream
• 100 g sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 200 ml whole milk
• 450 g quark (low-fat)
• 1 packet vanilla pudding powder (for cooking)
For the meringue topping:
• 3 egg whites
• 40 g sugar
Preparation:
1. Prepare the dough: First, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 26 cm (10-inch) springform pan with a little oil. For the dough, put the egg, sugar, flour, baking powder, and softened butter in a bowl and mix with your hands or a hand mixer until you have a smooth, firm dough. If the dough is too sticky, simply add a little more flour. Spread the dough evenly in the prepared springform pan, pressing it up the sides slightly to form a rim. Then place the pan in the oven and bake the dough for about 10 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
