*Real (2013)* presents an intriguing psychological sci-fi drama that explores love, regret, and human connection through emotional storytelling, meaningful symbolism, and a cleverly constructed mystery. Although its abrupt narrative shift, underdeveloped symbolism, and a few uneven technical moments lessen the emotional impact of the finale, the film remains engaging with its introspective themes and rewarding twist. Overall, it is a worthwhile watch for viewers who enjoy reflective science fiction that prioritizes emotion over spectacle. BY ALUNAUWIE
