*Salve Maria* offers a heartfelt and emotionally resonant portrayal of motherhood, exploring identity, mental exhaustion, and personal sacrifice through compelling storytelling, strong performances, and thoughtful visual direction. While the mysterious presence of Anna feels slightly underdeveloped, the film remains deeply engaging thanks to Laura Weissmahr's powerful performance and its sensitive handling of a rarely discussed subject. Overall, it is a poignant drama that is well worth watching for those who appreciate intimate character-driven stories. BY ALUNAUWIE
