Maybe travel is about trying to get away from words.
In summer, Nagisa and Natsuo meet by the sea. Their vacant gazes reflect each other as they exchange awkward words and wade into the rain-drenched ocean. In winter, Li, a screenwriter, travels to a snow-covered village. There, she finds a guesthouse run by Benzo.

Two Seasons, Two Strangers (2025) is a thoughtful drama that uses two interconnected stories to explore loneliness, identity, and personal growth through quiet, contemplative storytelling. Supported by natural performances, beautiful seasonal visuals, and subtle emotional depth, the film finds meaning in everyday conversations rather than dramatic conflict. Ultimately, it is a gentle reflection on how people and experiences gradually shape who we become, making it a rewarding watch for those who appreciate slow, introspective cinema. > by alunauwie
