Directions:

  4. Shape & bake: Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Rest & serve: Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.
