These quark crumble muffins are a real treat! With a crispy crumble topping and a creamy quark filling, they’re perfect for any coffee break. Best of all: they always turn out perfectly and are quick to prepare.
Ingredients for the dough:
• 150 g soft butter
• 100 g sugar
• 1 medium egg
• 250 g all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for the quark cream:
• 70 g sugar
• 1 large egg
• 110 g melted butter
• 350 g quark (or farmer’s cheese)
• 40 g vanilla pudding powder (1 packet)
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups.
