 Layer it like a cake

Spread a thin layer of dressing over the pasta.
Add layers in this order for stability:

Cucumber

Carrots

Corn

Bell pepper

Tomatoes

Lettuce

Spread a thin layer of dressing between every 1–2 layers to help it hold.

4️⃣ Chill

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (longer is better).

5️⃣ Serve

Carefully remove from pan.
Slice like a cake.

To serve one slice:

Use a sharp knife

Wipe knife between cuts for clean layers

Garnish with a little extra dressing and fresh herbs on top
