- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the Filling:
- 4 cups fresh spinach (chopped) or 1 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 200g (1½ cups) crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For Assembly:
- 3 rolls of filo dough
- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
- Poppy seeds (for sprinkling)
