This Is Much Better for Me Than Meat!

Crispy Cauliflower Fritters

Healthy, flavorful, and perfectly golden — these cauliflower fritters are so satisfying you won’t even miss meat!

 Ingredients:

 

1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)

2 eggs

½ cup flour (or oat flour)

½ cup grated cheese (optional)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2–3 tbsp chopped parsley or dill

Salt and black pepper to taste

½ tsp paprika (optional)

2–3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

 Instructions:

 

Boil cauliflower in salted water for 8–10 minutes until tender. Drain well.
