Another Journey to the West - Season 1

Wu Daoying is a simple soldier in the military guard of the city of Huai An. Strange things have been happening in the city for three months, and he has a bad feeling about what might be behind it.

Wu Daoying's ominous suspicion has been confirmed. Beneath King Linggan's temple, the evil that is behind all the child disappearances lies dormant. With great effort and unexpected help, Wu Daoying manages to defeat the demon.

Wu Daoying hasn't been traveling for long with Qing Xuan, his new travel companion and teacher, and they already encounter two female bandits along their way. However, it seems the bandits are after more than just their valuables…

Wu Daoying persuades Silberhorn to make a deal with him so that her wish can be fulfilled. But the plan unfolds very differently than she had imagined.
