Adriano, a prison guard, is forced to enter a cellblock held by rebellious inmates to rescue the son of a gang leader whose life is in danger.

Adriano receives information about a prison escape plan and tries to find the tunnel before the Engineer finds his informant.

The order to transfer gang leaders to a prison in the interior sparks a wave of violence and brings consequences for Adriano.

Adriano tries to help an inmate launch a boxing career, but his protégé will have to choose between a professional opportunity and accepting an indecent proposal.

A new gang leader arrives at the prison, but Adriano suspects he might not be who he claims to be.

Adriano is filling in for a colleague at another prison and disagrees with the guards' violent methods, but a kidnapping might make him change his mind.

Still at the new prison, Adriano tries to alleviate the overcrowding problem but comes across an empty cell that is considered haunted.

Adriano has to choose between saving a pedophile or handing him over to inmates to settle a score.

Adriano decides to investigate on his own a strange case involving a prisoner and the various women claiming to be his wife.

Adriano's daughter is kidnapped by criminals who demand the release of a gang leader, threatening to kill her otherwise.

Adriano has to train a new group of agents and suspects that one of them is corrupt.

Adriano gets involved with the wife of an inmate he decides to help—a move that could turn the officer's life upside down.

At the new prison, Adriano meets Dr. Aramis, who is incarcerated for homicide. The officer becomes suspicious of his conduct and is on the verge of uncovering a scheme that implicates even his own colleagues.

Adriano runs into Juscelino again, who has been convicted and is imprisoned at the Filinto Prates penitentiary. The guard suspects his former colleague of involvement in an attack, but he might be sorely mistaken.

Adriano visits Érika and meets Juçara, a disturbed woman who accuses everyone of having torn her son from her arms. Adriano decides to investigate the case and uncovers a terrible plot.
