Champignon Witch - Season 1

A young witch living deep in the forest occasionally visits a nearby town to sell her medicines and buy books.

Enchanted with the charming boy she saw in town, Luna draws a magical picture and falls into a forbidden love.

Luna and Claude rescue an injured boy from the river before realizing that his body holds a terrible secret.

Luna pleads with the black witches for a chance to raise the boy and teach him magic so he can avoid his fate.

Luna remembers her times with the Cat Witch, a troubled girl who helped open Luna's eyes to new experiences.

When Claude notices Lize struggling with his magic studies, he scolds Luna for being too lenient with the boy.

Although he does not fully understand what purpose it serves, Lize tries to learn how to use his magic diary.

Lize worries about Luna's trouble in the kitchen and becomes frustrated with his own inability to learn magic.

After learning how to make tear tea, Lize is sent to town and encounters unusual poison creatures on the way.

With rumors of unrest in the air, Luna returns to town and has a chance encounter with a person from her past.

The Wind Magician tracks Luna and Lize down and prepares to give the boy a crucial test to determine his fate.

The Wind Magician takes Lize aside for a heart-to-heart chat before deciding the fate of the cursed youngling.
