Come Dine with Me - Season 6

Originally shown as five separate episodes in October 2005, this special compilation marks five nights in London. As well as four regular contestants, there's also a former star, with local radio DJ Bill Buckley formerly of "That's Life!".

Five nights in Ayr are shown in a special, hour-long presentation. The week was originally broadcast as five separate episodes in September 2006.

Five days in and around the Cardiff area begin with Suzanne from Caerphilly, a no-nonsense businesswoman who sleeps with a baseball bat next to her bed. She offers her guests food they may not have tried before - including lamb testicles.

The first night in Cardiff saw everyone get along - except with outspoken "psychic" Annette. Unfortunately, Annette is the host of the second night, and her food arrives two hours late. Will her gift of crystals improve her chances?

Former seaman Jim introduces the group to some exotic foodstuff, including an ingredient that can be poisonous if not correctly cooked. However, a relaxed evening is once again disrupted by Annette, this time arguing with Jane.

Postman Charlie hosts the fourth night in Cardiff, and introduces the group to his love of organic food. Although Annette arrives in a bad mood and there's initially an atmosphere, for once an evening manages to go smoothly.

The final night in a week of simmering tensions sees troublesome Annette repeatedly leave the table and eat her dessert alone. Four years later it would make the top ten moments in the "Come Dine with Me Top 30" special.
