Doctors - Season 1

Nitya Vasu joins the surgical residency at EMC, driven by vengeance against Dr. Ishan Ahuja, who she blames for maiming her brother, Dr. Dhaval Vasu. But soon, she discovers hidden truths about him.

The story delves into Nitya's life and her fellow residents, set against a poor father's desperate wait for a heart transplant. Meanwhile, Nahida Jaafri struggles with residency stress, relying on pills.

Faced with expulsion for snooping into her brother's botched surgery, Nitya questions if Dr. Ishaan is truly the villain. Meanwhile, Dr. Ridhun risks betraying Dr. Neil to impress his cricketing idol.

A grim day unfolds as 19 gunshot victims, all cops, succumb one by one, deeply affecting the team, especially Neil, barred from treating patients. Amid the chaos, Dr. Ishaan shares a shocking secret with Nitya.

Ishaan and Nitya's love grows, but his fiancee, Dr. Lekha, complicates things. During a failed rescue mission, Nitya confesses her love to Ishaan. Meanwhile, Nahida bonds with a terminally ill patient seeking euthanasia.

Nitya urges Ishaan to confess their affair, but he refuses, straining their bond. Meanwhile, conjoined twins face surgery, and a brain-dead teen's nerve impulses spark a legal fight to keep him on support.

Ishaan reveals funding issues tied to his breakup with Lekha, deepening Nitya's love and straining ties with Dhaval. Meanwhile, Ansh's parents agree to organ donation, aiding Sonika-Monika's separation.

Nitya and Dhaval argue over his condition to protect his arm during surgery. Ishaan confesses his mistake in Dhaval's botched operation, but the recording leaks, risking his career and research when Dhaval sends it to the medical council.

Dr. Sabeeha, a senior doctor battling cancer, lies on her deathbed. As Ishaan and Dhaval remain locked in a bitter feud, it's only her persuasion that brings the two rivals together, allowing them to meet halfway.

Everything is at stake as Ishaan prepares for Dhaval's surgery. Dhaval insists on not surviving if his arm can't be saved. Driven by guilt and duty, Ishaan proceeds, but the operation goes awry. End or new start?
