Good Bones: Risky Business - Season 1

Mina takes on her dream project, a historic Victorian home and carriage house; with hopes of turning it into a 7,000 square foot bed and breakfast and event center.

Mina's plan to turn a historic Victorian home into a bed and breakfast hits a critical snag with continual construction delays. After growing pains with her new team reach a breaking point, Mina makes a tough decision that could derail the entire project.

The carriage house portion of Mina's massive Victorian passion project is almost complete. However, when Mina gets some daunting news about her exploding budget, it could take an unthinkable personal sacrifice for her to afford the rest of the project.

Mina stretches her already thin budget to restore the historical, yet expensive, Victorian elements at Sanders. But when Mina books her first wedding for Charlotte Hall, the pressure is on when the bride throws her a scheduling curveball.

With just eight weeks remaining before the first scheduled wedding, Mina is feeling the squeeze to finish the entire renovation at Charlotte Hall. And when a major plumbing disaster strikes, the project's on-time completion could be in total jeopardy.

With just four weeks remaining, Mina races to complete the exterior, the speakeasy and kitchen before Charlotte Hall's first big event. And as winter weather causes construction delays, Mina's plans for the perfect outdoor wedding could get derailed.
