The chefs receive a surprise from Chef Ramsay before the red and blue teams battle it out in an extensive three-round challenge. Later, they face their first dinner service, cooking for a room full of influencers.

Tensions begin to rise on both the red and blue teams as personal relationships start to fracture. After a high-speed Protein Relay challenge, one team revels in victory while the other pays the price, and a shaky dinner service costs one chef their spot in the competition.
