Erica's world is not what it seems to be. Dr. Donavan has a very serious conversation with Dr. Jordan and Micah while Dr. Juliette gets acclimated to a new team.

Decisions
Micah warns Dr. Jordan. Erica is reminded that she is loved though she's adopted. Nya & TJ talk about their part in Erica's dream & Nya reveals something personal. Dr. Juliette gets a warm welcome from Dr. Jordan and Donovan makes decision.

I Need a Woman
Dr. Juliette asks for more than what Dr. Donovan is willing to give. Dr. Jason is looking for something special and Asher meets her. Erica discovers more than what she bargained for regarding her health.

The Truth
Micah warns Donovan again. Dr. Jordan confronts Dr. Juliette's accusations. TJ informs Dr. Jason about Nya while Isla is curious if he will pursue Dr. Ivanna again and, Erica finds out 1 more thing.

Consequences
Asher learns more about Dr. Ivanna. Dr. Jordan gives some timely advice. Micah visits Ronnie Patterson and 2 people come face-to-face with the ghosts of their past at the same time.
