Lyuba House Manager - Season 1

The proactive Lyuba got rid of the corrupt management company, but not the problems in the building. And the residents aren't exactly happy about the changes.

A landfill instead of a residential complex? Lyuba embarks on serious negotiations and decides to break the law for the first time.

It's Thanksgiving Day at the housing estate, and everyone gets what they deserve. A rude neighbor finds trash on his car, and Nikolai finds a mysterious note.

Lyuba barely managed to get the hired help away from the local police officer, and she's in no hurry to report the suspicious noise to the police. She'll handle it herself.
