Maxton Hall – The World Between Us - Season 2

After a magical night of love, Ruby is walking on air. What she doesn't know is that James' life has been shattered by a heavy blow of fate. Out of control, he destroys their young love.

A special honor for Ruby: she is to organize the prestigious Campbell Gala! But while she tries to fully concentrate on this opportunity, James' return to Maxton Hall complicates everything. Because he is determined to win back her trust – whatever the cost.

An intimate moment in the photobooth leaves Ruby in doubt. But she has no time for emotional chaos as the Campbell Gala is just around the corner. When disaster strikes during the event, James risks everything to save Ruby's big night.

James' courageous appearance at the gala has consequences: his father, Mortimer, forbids him to contact Ruby. To protect their love, they both decide to keep their relationship a secret. But Elaine's invitation to a White Party threatens their secret.

Mortimer's unexpected return interrupts a romantic evening at the Beaufort Villa. What begins as a dangerous confrontation takes a surprising turn. But then Ruby receives a message from Alice Campbell that threatens to destroy her Oxford dreams.

An explosive rumor shakes the lacrosse final: Graham Sutton is having an affair with a student. As Ruby works towards her scholarship exams and James hopes for justice through his mother's will, the lovers suffer yet another setback. Have they underestimated the threat?
