My Kind of Country - Season 1

The competition begins as Jimmie's artists arrive in Nashville and rehearse for the first showcase with music director Adam Blackstone.

Mickey's artists step into the showcase spotlight, detailing the highs and lows of their careers and putting new twists on well-known covers.

Orville's artists bare their souls and take to the stage for the final showcase, hoping to make it to the next round.

For the first workshop, Jimmie pairs the artists and picks songs for a high-stakes collaboration night at the Nashville Palace.

Mickey helps the artists find their truest selves in an authenticity workshop, where they search for personal meaning in music.

In the final workshop, Orville challenges the artists to explore visual storytelling by building concept stages that illustrate the stories behind the songs.

Tensions mount as the artists prepare original, cover, and ensemble performances for the biggest and most prestigious crowd yet.

The finalists channel everything they've learned from the scouts and each other for one last chance at becoming country music's next big star.
