Mysterious Lotus Casebook - Season 1

Young martial arts leader Li Xiangyi confronts his rival Di Feisheng but is poisoned and vanishes into the sea. Ten years later, Fang Duobing, heir to Tianji Villa, becomes an investigator and meets wandering doctor Li Lianhua.

Fang is tricked by Li during a strange case of a revived corpse but continues his mission, investigating the suspicious death of Lingshan Sect’s leader with Li’s unexpected help.

Fang reveals he’s Shan Gudao’s nephew, once a disciple of Li Xiangyi. Li Lianhua secretly searches for Shan’s remains, and the two cross paths again during a bizarre murder at a festival inn.

Lady Yu Hongzhu accuses Li Lianhua of murder. Fang, as an investigator, teams up with him to uncover why a body was mysteriously sealed in a box.

The murder case closes, but Li spots Di Feisheng alive. Di reclaims leadership of the Golden Kite Alliance, seeking a legendary medicine to restore his power.

Seven headless corpses surface, leading Li and Fang to infiltrate a tomb-raiders’ gathering to investigate a deadly treasure hunt.

Li unmasks a killer, revealing the headless corpses as a vanished gang from a decade ago. The search for the sacred “Guanyin’s Tears” continues.

The youth who drank Guanyin’s Tears is revealed as Di Feisheng. Li sabotages the elixir, forcing Di into an uneasy alliance with him and Fang.

Li Xiangyi’s treasured sword resurfaces but is swapped with a fake. Fang and Li investigate, while old acquaintances begin to suspect Li’s true identity.

Following clues, Li, Fang, and Di head to a village where three brides drowned over ten years, probing the haunting pattern.

Li discovers a painting tied to the case and dons a bridal gown to lure the killer. The trap leads him to a revealing location.

The truth about the drowned brides is uncovered, and Shan Gudao’s body is found. Fang briefly falls out with his companions over secrets kept from him.

Li heals Di but refuses to stay with him. Di reveals Fang is Shan Gudao’s son and that the killer may not be who they thought.

At Yuanbao Villa, Li and Fang investigate threats to the owner in exchange for a rare healing item — which vanishes after a murder.

The case reveals hidden grudges and alliances. With a princess’s help, Li and Fang capture a mysterious masked man.

They solve the Yuanbao Villa murder and recover the healing artifact, curing Fang. Li resolves to uncover the truth about Shan Gudao’s death.

Fang learns his true parentage. At a wedding, Li quietly observes old acquaintances.

A Golden Kite priestess poisons Qiao Wanmian. Li secretly cures her but is drawn into a dangerous bargain with Di.

Li gains new clues about Shan Gudao’s death, while political rivalries flare as the Four Seasons Sect is revived.

Di loses his memory after an attack. Li pretends he’s his subordinate, learning that the cases are tied to four icy jade fragments.

Evidence emerges framing Li Xiangyi for Shan’s death. Fang and Li are invited to a mysterious banquet by a suspected descendant of a southern kingdom.

At the lavish feast, Fang unknowingly meets his fiancée in disguise. By morning, a guest is found murdered.

Serial murders with identical sword marks point to a feared assassin, but the wounds tell a different story.

The truth about the murders emerges, exposing traitors after the icy jade fragment.

Documents reveal two more hidden southern descendants. Li, Fang, and Di track one to a remote village.

At the village inn, they face monstrous foes and are aided by a wandering swordsman.

Li saves Di from poison, but his identity as Li Xiangyi is exposed, straining his friendship with Fang.

Li becomes a wanted man. Fang pursues another suspect in a town rumored to be haunted by a bride-stealing demon.

Fang’s mother is kidnapped. He and Li discover dangerous green jade in the mines and close in on their quarry.

Amid dangerous negotiations, Li is ambushed and collapses after a fierce battle.

Seeking a cure, Fang takes Li to their old training ground, uncovering bitter secrets from Shan Gudao’s past.

Believing Shan is still alive, they are stunned when he appears. A wedding turns tragic after another icy jade piece disappears.

A murder on the wedding night reveals the culprit as the fourth icy jade holder, a master of disguise.

Shan allies with Di, seizing all jade fragments to open the southern kingdom’s relic. Di frees himself from a curse.

Li infiltrates the palace as a doctor, uncovering a plot involving deadly fireworms.

Li is imprisoned while searching for the missing tower tied to the fireworms, until Fang returns to rescue him.

They find the tower’s entrance and the fireworm queen, uncovering a secret that could shake the empire.

Li escapes captivity with Di, finding the method to destroy the fireworms before confronting their enemies.

Shan declares victory, but shocking revelations about royal bloodlines change the tide of battle.

Li clears an old ally’s name, leaves the Lotus House, and prepares for a final duel — as Di awaits their long-promised rematch.
