Nadiya’s Everyday Baking - Series 1

Everyday treats for an easy afternoon tea, from striped meringue lollipops to coffee cake with dalgona coffee cream and dreamy butterscotch cheesecake bars. Nadiya Hussain starts the series with her take on the quintessentially British afternoon tea.

Nadiya presents some speedy bakes for when life is at its busiest. Zingy coconut cod noodles make a marvellous midweek meal, plus an indulgent but easy-to-make marbled ice cream cake.

Roasts easy enough for any day of the week. A set of lamb ribs in a pineapple and coriander marinade make for the perfect family feast, and roast chicken gets a punchy kimchi and miso makeover.

Nadiya shares some deliciously simple family bakes, from daughter Maryam’s ultimate jam and chocolate flapjacks to an easy, oven-baked chilli topped with crunchy tortillas.

Nadiya shows off some sensational breakfasts to kickstart your weekend, including granola and yoghurt cupcakes, a banana and peanut butter bake, and a crazy-but-delicious breakfast pizza.
