Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts - Season 1

Sariphi arrives in the kingdom of beasts as the 99th human sacrifice to its monstrous king. But this surprisingly upbeat girl isn't what anyone expected. What will come of her brief days with the king before he's scheduled to devour her?

Leonhart announces Sariphi as his queen-to-be, but the beast aristocracy is less than enthusiastic. Can their budding relationship survive the backlash, and can Sariphi make a place for herself in the realm of beasts?

Sariphi begs Leonhart for a day out on the town. They slip out of the palace incognito to meet the common people of the beast realm, but unexpected dangers lie in wait.

Chancellor Anubis summons four beast princesses to court Leonhart, hoping to supplant Sariphi in the king's affections. Does Sariphi have the wit and resolve to navigate their schemes?

Anubis and the senate agree to accept Sariphi as queen—but only if she passes their trials first. Sariphi agrees, but her first task—summoning a Holy Beast—could prove fatal to a human without magical power.

A human boy breaks into the palace and demands to see the king of beasts! To Sariphi's surprise, he turns out to be an old friend. But he may not be quite the person she remembers, and Chancellor Anubis seeks to turn their reunion against her.

Leonhart sets out in pursuit of Ilya and the kidnapped Sariphi. Can he overtake them before they reach human territory? And can Sariphi grapple with the hatred in her old friend's heart?

Sariphi's second ordeal has arrived in the form of the famously prickly Duke Galois! She must play the perfect hostess to the human-hating general if she ever hopes to be queen, and Chancellor Anubis won't make her job easy.

Anubis schemes to end Sariphi's hopes of queenship on a technicality and contemplates more drastic action. But then a mishap plunges him into a dream of his past. What lies between the chancellor and Leonhart?

Leonhart must preside over a public ceremony, but a stormy night clears the air and leaves him trapped in human form! Can Sariphi keep him hidden while the whole palace searches for its missing king?

Amit struggles to express her feelings for Captain Jormungand. Meanwhile, Sariphi faces her first duty as acting queen consort: a journey to bless the newborn prince of a vassal state. But the child's mother has other ideas.

While Queen Calra continues to delay the rite of blessing, Sariphi finds herself at the mercy of the young Pricess Tetra. The haughty girl has a long list of demands, but what does she really want?

Sariphi sets out on her first royal duty without the king at her side. For protection, she must rely on Lanteveldt, the new captain of her personal guard. But can he be trusted? And can Sariphi play the part of queen alone?

The new captain of Sariphi's guard is accused of attacking a local lord! Sariphi sets out to prove his innocence, but can she overcome prejudice against Hyenians on top of the distrust of humans that she already faces?

Princess Amit is stunned when Jormungand returns her amulet. But is there more to his rejection than meets the eye? Meanwhile, Ilya's beliefs are challenged when he investigates a string of kidnappings.

Sariphi and Leonhart set out on a new royal visit, but disaster strikes when a mysterious new force invades Ozmargo. And Sariphi comes face-to-face with its leader! Can she strike a bargain to save her friends, her people—and herself?

While Anubis leads an army against Fenrir's forces, Sariphi confronts the wolf king in his lair. Are either of them prepared to face this vicious and mercurial foe? And can Sariphi's friends make a difference before they need saving themselves?

Leonhart arrives just as Sariphi and her would-be rescuers near the end of their rope. Now the king must face the pretender to his throne. But how will he fare against a rival who has lived his life for this moment?

Peace is restored to Ozmargo, but the future is far from certain. After a heart to heart, Sariphi and Leonhart resolve to take a drastic step for the future. But how will the king's advisers take their decision?

Sariphi ventures into the human realm bearing a message of peace. But even convincing her fellow humans of her mission proves a challenge. To have any hope of success, she must turn to an eerily familiar woman shunned by society.

At last, Sariphi approaches Yoana's mightiest king with Leonhart's message of goodwill. But can she convince the human monarch to respond in kind? And all the while, a conspiracy is brewing in Ozmargo.

Leonhart's worst nightmare has come true: his human form has been exposed for all to see! And the scheming Justice Set pounces on this chance to seize power. Sariphi escapes with Leonhart, but can she convince him to face his people again?

While Leonhart confronts Set, Sariphi encounters a strange creature in the bowels of the palace. This may be the key to all the mysteries that have puzzled her. But will the answers she finds be enough to put an end to Set's madness?

Set's spell is broken and Leonhart faces the pretender in his beast form when a final revelation turns the conflict on its head yet again. But even if Sariphi and Leonhart triumph, can they continue to reign?
