Episode 1
The Birthday Bandit
The evil Birthday Bandit sneaks into a boy's birthday party setup and steals the cake, ice cream, decorations, and presents while explaining his crimes in rhyme, Dr. Seuss style. Spidey, hearing about the theft on the radio, tracks the Bandit to his next target. At another house, the Birthday Bandit thinks an extra-large celebration cake is phony and Spidey is hiding inside, so he smashes it with a mallet. Spider-Man emerges behind him ("It's my mistake! It IS a cake!"), then wrestles with the Bandit on top of the mashed cake and traps him in his web, saving the birthday party. After Spidey wraps up his mission, he spends the remainder of his day off "in his birthday suit" (a robe) while doing laundry.
