The Alibi - Season 1

Vincent, the adopted son of a business magnate, insists on saving Cabrera News, the family's struggling venture. After losing the CEO position to Walter, he gets into a heated confrontation with him. But when his rival is found dead, Vincent tries to enlist the help of Stella, a mysterious dancer he encountered that fateful night.

As the investigation intensifies, Vincent loses the trust of his father, Arthur. To make matters worse, suspicion towards him deepens when the police uncover his wife Claudia's affair with Walter. In a desperate attempt to save her ailing brother, Stella accepts Vincent's offer— unaware that it will drag her into the Cabrera family's mess.

Hounded by Vincent's parents, Stella tries to back out of the deal until the police begin to involve her sister. A deepfake video of Vincent confessing to the crime pushes him to sneak into Walter's house, where he discovers Claudia's chilling secret. As Vincent feels unseen forces closing in, it becomes clear that he and Stella are hiding from the same truth—one that could destroy them.

Just as Stella's past with Walter comes to light, the police discover that an unnamed woman was with the CEO shortly before his untimely death. Vincent gets one final shot at saving Cabrera News, unaware that his brother, Matthew, has invited Stella to the family's high-stakes event. But when the escort shows up, trouble follows—much to Arthur's chagrin.

Stella's sister Katherine and Vincent's brother Edward form a pact after a humiliated Stella cuts ties with Vincent for good. A new investigator takes over Walter's case, uncovering that Stella might not be innocent as they once believed. Vincent finds out about Matthew's betrayal, only for his cunning brother to turn the tables on him.

Amid Vincent's attempt to clear his name and uncover the truth, the fragile world he has built with Stella begins to crack when new evidence linking the escort to the night of Walter's death emerges. Blackmailed over old secrets, Stella refuses to be silenced-but it comes at a dangerous cost. With the truth closing in, Vincent confronts her with what he can no longer ignore.

Stella opens up to Vincent about her past with Walter, forcing both of them to face the possibility that their search for justice may come at a devastating cost. Determined to protect Stella, Vincent pursues the money trail that may uncover the truth behind Walter's death-causing Matthew to completely lose Arthur's favor. Meanwhile, Jacqueline discovers Edward's growing friendship with Katherine.

Though unaware that Matthew is still working with Arthur, Vincent and Stella decide to dig deeper into Walter's troubled past. But when he realizes that someone is manipulating the investigation, Vincent forges an alliance with an unlikely ally. Unfortunately for them, their powerful enemy will stop at nothing just to prevent the truth from coming out.

Just when Vincent and Stella believe they're finally making progress in their long pursuit of truth, a sudden and ruthless strike from their enemy throws everything into chaos. But despite the danger and uncertainty they are facing, Vincent confronts the emotions he can no longer deny. As Arthur pushes the pair closer to the edge, the truth begins to take shape.

Amid his parents' constant interference, Edward decides to make a big move. Meanwhile, Claudia turns to Arthur in panic after Vincent confronts her about Walter's death. As tensions rise, dark secrets from Jacqueline's past begin to resurface.

Insisting that she has a vital piece of information on Arthur, Claudia turns to Vincent for help and protection-only to make a stand when she finds herself in greater danger than she anticipated. Andres faces mounting pressure, pushed toward the case he suspects is being manipulated. Meanwhile, Stella comes face-to-face with a ghost from her past.

Stella and Rebecca join forces to expose Arthur and Jacqueline's crimes when danger strikes their family. As a deadly threat finds its way to her, Claudia is forced into accusing Stella of killing Walter-just before meeting a devastating fate. With his daughter-in-law out of the way, Arthur moves to strike at Stella, unaware that Claudia has left a crucial clue for Vincent to find.

Bea pulls away from Vincent when their family insists on pinning Claudia's death on Stella. With nothing left to lose, Andres finally decides to do the right thing. As Vincent chooses to stay by Stella's side, he overlooks another loved one who also needs protecting, tearing open yet another tightly knit web of secrets within the Cabrera family.

A long-buried secret about Bea's identity explodes, leaving Vincent and Stella shaken to their core. Armed with the final piece of evidence Claudia left behind, they set a high-stakes trap to extract the culprit's confession once and for all.
