After discovering the apartment's reserve fund, Hae-kang sets out to steal it. But first, he must somehow win the election to join the association.

Hae-kang enters a tight and competitive election. While a nosy opponent tries to sway voters, he spots a unique opportunity to win over the residents.

After winning the election, Hae-kang aims for the presidency. But when his gangster past is exposed, a new subway entrance becomes his lifeline.

Having finally reached his goal, Hae-kang prepares to disappear without a trace. But when he heads to the bank to claim the cash, everything unravels.

With Jang Suk-jin on their tail, Hae-kang and Kang Ha-ri scramble to keep their secret safe. Soon, they launch a crusade to find the missing funds.

Lee Chung-won watches Hae-kang's every move, including his push to raise maintenance dues. Ha-ri struggles with the guilt of deceiving her sister.

Conflict erupts between owners and rental tenants after outsiders are caught using the sauna, forcing Hae-kang to find a way to bridge the divide.

Chung-won orders Hae-kang to deliver the ledger, putting Ha-ri's sister in danger. When Hae-kang reveals the truth to Ha-ri, she grapples with betrayal.

Police arrest Hae-kang after accusing him of stealing the repair fund. But to get back at Chung-won, Hae-kang returns with a strategic counterattack.

A tragedy drives Hae-kang to take down Chung-won, who moves ahead with his new development. He joins forces with Suk-jin to uncover the embezzled funds.

Despite setbacks, Hae-kang sets his endgame in motion to bring down Chung-won once and for all. Will justice finally come to the apartment complex?
