Together - Season 1

Ibrahim bets on love in a hospital corridor, risking everything to move Ahlam’s name up a list that could save her life. They escape unseen—or so they think, but someone is already rewinding the footage…

Ibrahim’s virtuous nature leaves his “friend” speechless. Behind bars, Ahlam’s love for him transcends prison walls. Outside meanwhile, Dr. Fawzi obsesses over her, reliving his childhood pain through her defiance.

For Ahlam, Hima crosses every line, even the most unconventional. Dr. Fawzi poses as a healer and hero, turning care into confinement… but Ahlam’s heart senses that something is wrong.

Hima finds Ahlam, but Dr. Fawzi toys with her life, offering healing only if she stays under his control. She clings to Hima, daring to dream of a life beyond the crippling pain of her illness.

Amid Ahlam’s growing fears, Hima rushes tirelessly to keep her safe and sane. He thwarts Dr. Fawzi’s plot just in time, turning the pain into an impromptu hospital celebration of love, vows, and hope.

Dr. Fawzi reframes crime as a business. Grief blindsides Hima. Amir whispers venom into his father-in-law’s ear, and Ahlam’s final wish—to live her last days in love—is met with her father’s unhealed rage.

As Amir closes in to force Ahlam back, Dr. Fawzi enlists Rabab to help execute his twisted scheme of making her his bride. Meanwhile, Ahlam drives off with Hima, barely surviving a fiery crash.

Burdened by despair, Hima and Ahlam lean on each other. Exhausted but unbroken, Hima receives a life-altering call that floods their veins with hope of a life together, carefree and alive.

Hope of a comeback to the football field blindsides Hima when Dr. Fawzi sets his price for Ahlam’s surgery. To keep Ahlam’s future in sight, he may have to lose his own…

Seconds before the blade cuts deep, Hima makes a run for it. He thinks he’s beaten Dr. Fawzi, until he learns that Ahlam’s surgery was stalled as leverage. Still sedated, Hima carries Ahlam when her spine won’t.

Hima hits back the only way he can. Fawzi retaliates with a ruthless setup that leaves Hima on the run. With time running out, love—not revenge—pushes Hima and Ahlam towards one last escape.

Married at last, Hima and Ahlam are elated, wrapped in a love that feels bigger than the world—until Fawzi discovers their coordinates and sends someone with a score to settle...

Hima survives a savage beating. Ahlam’s pain becomes unbearable, so he carries her into the unknown. Then Fawzi tightens the noose: Rizk in hand… and a sentence waiting.

Hima sacrifices his freedom to secure Ahlam’s cure—only to discover that the surgery cannot be performed. Months later, Hima walks free, tasting hope… until a doctor’s devastating announcement tears his world apart.

Hima struggles to cope with the crippling loss, silently beating on against the current with Ahlam’s presence glowing beside him, a light strong enough to defy the darkness.
