Jamie Theakston narrates the return of the documentary following the work of North Yorkshire's police motorcyclists. On the outskirts of York, officer Joe Moisley leads the hunt for a car believed to be using cloned plates, while Paddy Green tries to halt a vehicle after catching a strong smell of cannabis coming from inside it, but the driver fails to stop and a high-speed chase ensues.

Motorcycle officer Joe Moisley responds to a serious collision on the A63 in which a car has veered head-on into oncoming traffic and collided with two HGVs travelling the other way. In York, Paddy Green joins more than 50 officers on a special operation to crack down on dangerous motorbike riders in the city, being called into action when CCTV spots a rider doing wheelies and flipping his number plate to potentially avoid the police.

A suspected shoplifter is spotted stealing toys at a retail park in York and Paddy Green and Ross Moralee join the hunt for the woman's car. In the Yorkshire Dales, Craig Blake is on patrol with Julian Pearson when a call comes in about a fatal accident involving a 65-year-old motorcyclist, with a man in his twenties being arrested and taken into custody.
