Information We Process

Recipemoon provides utilities for image conversion, image editing, QR codes, metadata viewing, PDF workflows, video utilities, and related tools. Many operations are performed locally in your browser. When a tool runs locally, your selected files remain on your device unless you separately choose to share them.

Some conversion features use Recipemoon server-side code to complete the requested task. In the current implementation, Sharp-based server conversions receive the submitted file data, process it in application memory, and return the converted output. The conversion action does not write uploaded source files to project storage, but we do not claim a guaranteed deletion window beyond what the implementation proves.

Usage Data

We may collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages visited, device type, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, referrer, and interaction events. This helps us understand site performance, fix issues, and improve the tools.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Recipemoon may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, security, preferences, and advertising. When enabled, Google Analytics helps measure website usage. We may also use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites.

Consent Management

Where required, advertising and analytics features should be used with appropriate consent controls. Google requires publishers serving personalized ads to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.Recipemoon should not enable personalized advertising for those regions unless the required consent setup is in place.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services for analytics, advertising, hosting, authentication, or technical functionality. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain operational and analytics information only as long as needed for legitimate business, security, legal, and improvement purposes. For local file tools, files processed locally remain on your device unless a specific tool clearly requires upload or server processing.

Your Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also use Google advertising controls and browser privacy tools to limit ad personalization and tracking.

Children's Privacy

Recipemoon is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
